I organise events on CentreEvents

Sign in to your dashboard and open the Help Centre. You can search our written guides there, or raise a support ticket for a technical issue, a billing question, or help setting up an event, and the team replies right there on the ticket.

I'm attending an event

For anything about the event itself, the programme, the venue, or your ticket, the fastest answer is from the organiser: check your confirmation email or the event's own website for their contact details. If your ticket, QR code, or the CentreEvents platform itself isn't working, contact us directly below.
