The CentreEvents platform ("Platform") and all content, features, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Botswana, CentreEvents disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

CentreEvents is a platform that enables event organisers to manage, promote, and host events. We do not create, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any event information, descriptions, ticket terms, refund policies, or other Content published by event organisers on the Platform.

You acknowledge that the relationship for any event is directly between you (as an Attendee) and the event organiser. CentreEvents is not a party to that relationship and assumes no liability for any aspect of any event, including its organisation, cancellation, postponement, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from attending an event.

Any disputes about an event, including refunds, cancellations, event content, or organiser conduct, should be directed to the event organiser directly.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates correctly, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform. Platform content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and may not always be current.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, professional, or other advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decision of significance based on information obtained through the Platform.

The Platform integrates with or links to third-party services, websites, and resources (including payment processors, email providers, livestreaming platforms, and external websites). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

CentreEvents does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, website, or content. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service or content accessed through or in connection with the Platform.

When you use a third-party payment processor to pay for event tickets, the transaction is solely between you and that processor. CentreEvents does not process card payments and is not responsible for any payment disputes, fraud, or failures.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, infrastructure issues, events outside our control (force majeure), or other circumstances.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable, but accept no liability for Platform unavailability or any resulting loss.

While we implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption, authentication controls, and access restrictions), no system is completely immune to security incidents. We do not guarantee that the Platform, or data transmitted to or from it, will be free from unauthorised access, disclosure, or interception.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. CentreEvents is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from any security incident that is not caused by our negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Botswana, CentreEvents, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any event, organiser conduct, or Attendee experience
• Any inaccuracy or omission in Platform content
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party service, content, or conduct
• Any Platform unavailability or data loss

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Botswana law.

We reserve the right to modify or remove the Platform, or any part of it, at any time. We may update this Disclaimer without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
